Club Stride is building pathways that can move young people from exploration to creation, leadership, workforce experiences and opportunities to give back.

MAKE MORE POSSIBLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Young people already have ideas, interests and strengths. Club Stride gives them space to explore them, skills to build on them, and real ways to put them into action.

Your support helps make more of that possible.

SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUNG PEOPLE LEAD

Club Stride's middle-school programs show what can happen when young people are given meaningful opportunities to use their voices.

Through Club Strides I AM COMMUNITY program, students explore issues and experiences that matter to them, create alongside their peers, build relationships with mentors, and use media and civic engagement to contribute to their school communities.  And their impact reaches beyond the students enrolled in the program.

69 youth leaders engaged in recurring programming year to date

245 middle-school youth reached through broader school-based engagement and outreach

          34 youth engaged in 37 peer-led activities

46 youth supported through 18 mentorship activities

156 youth engagements across 27 civic leadership activities

The I AM COMMUNITY program is growing to engage 100–160 youth while creating deeper opportunities for leadership, mentorship and youth-led media.

The numbers tell only part of the story.

Through GRAVITY, young people have opportunities to look at their own school experience and ask: What matters to us? What do we want other people to understand? And what can we create that gives young people a voice?

Students then move from conversation to creation—using storytelling, media, collaboration and leadership to turn their ideas into something other people can see, hear and experience.

At MIT Academy, that work extended into student media teams and a student-designed hallway activation, creating visible opportunities for young people to contribute to their school community.

The goal isn't simply to teach students how to make media. It's to help them recognize:

My ideas matter.
I can create something.
I can contribute.
I can lead.

FROM STUDENT VOICE TO SCHOOL IMPACT

WHAT COMES NEXT?

Club Stride is building a pathway that allows young people to keep growing as their interests, skills and responsibilities grow.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

DISCOVER: Explore media, storytelling, technology, civic engagement and leadership.

HIGH SCHOOL

Lead: Take on greater responsibility, support younger students, develop specialized skills and participate in internships and leadership opportunities.

COLLEGE & EARLY CAREER

Grow: Build on those experiences through education, advanced training, professional opportunities and continued leadership.

GIVE BACK

Return: Bring those skills and experiences back to the next generation.

FROM PARTICIPANT TO PROFESSIONAL

Daniella's Club Stride journey began in the 11th grade.  Her connection to Club Stride continued through college. Today, she is a Club Stride employee helping create opportunities for another generation of young people.

That's the pathway we're building.  We want young people to have somewhere to go after their first Club Stride experience, and opportunities to keep learning, leading, earning and eventually giving back.

HELP BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT

A middle-school student discovering their voice today could become a high-school leader tomorrow.

A high-school leader could become an intern.

An intern could become a college student, a professional, a mentor—or someone who returns to create opportunities for the next generation.

Your gift helps keep that pathway open.

Real Impact, Real Voices

Meet Judea!
From curious learner to youth health advocate and peer health educator, Judea’s journey shows the power of growth, courage, and systems thinking.

Judea turned a passion for addressing teen depression and anxiety into real leadership skills — mastering public health frameworks and co-leading projects that connect issues like food insecurity to mental health.

Key Impact:

Mastered & taught the SMART goals framework
Created resource cards to support peers
Linked surface issues to deeper systemic causes
Contributed to powerful group pitches on food insecurity

“Food insecurity isn’t just about hunger. It creates a cycle of stress that impacts decision-making.”

Judea is committed to continuing this work by sharing resources online and in person — a true step into youth advocacy for health equity and systemic change.

Your support turns stories like these into lifelong legacies.
